AECS Change of Ownership

Dear Valued Customer,
I wanted to inform you of some exciting news at AECS. As of May 23, 2019, AECS was acquired by RAM Manufacturing Company (“RAM”) in St. George, Utah. Over the last few years, AECS has worked diligently to establish itself as the premier design house for aerospace-grade environmental control systems. Several key programs are beginning to phase into production, and AECS needed a partner that could better position the company to prepare for long-term production. RAM has been in the aerospace and space business since 1975 and is widely viewed as the most dynamic design and manufacturer of actuation and fluid control components in the industry. RAM’s reputation for producing quality products, on-time, and in a reliable manner, along with its vast engineering background, make it the perfect fit as the new majority owner of AECS.
As far as your relationship with AECS is concerned, there are a couple of things to take note of: 1) we recently moved the operation to the following address:

Airborne ECS
3172 E. Deseret Dr. S.
St. George, UT 84790

2) The previous CEO and founder of AECS is no longer associated with AECS.
The acquisition of AECS by RAM will allow the company to prosper for many years to come. Our customers are critical to our success, and I want to personally thank you for your business and trust. We look forward to a very prosperous future with you, and we are happy to answer any questions you might have related to this transition

Very truly yours,

Brian McCann
